My sweet badass people. How I have missed you. But I am finally back. After ceremoniously celebrating the end of my trial exams I am unfortunately back at school. So it doesn't look like I'll be visiting blogger too often until the end of HSC. However...I thought I' catch you all up on what's been happening while I've been M.I.A:

1. Had my Body of Work Art Exhibition (My artwork below)

2. Finished my trials. Woo. Yeah. Uh Huh

3. Spent four days in a lashmina (ie. had a few very loose nights-demonstrated below)

4. Managed to take my nose piercing out-get it blocked-and have to repierce

5. Found out that I actually didn't fail economics

6. Got my Pssss (I can drive alone)

7. Got a Chanel Keyring (a gift for my ps)

8. Cut my hair (Think Abbey Lee length but without the nasty fringe)

9. Went to a Heaven and Hell party dressed as slutty Jesus (I had a lace bra on underneath my Jesus jumper)

And yahhhhh... that's about it.

Hey Guys, sorry about the sudden name change I got really bored last night and thought I'd make it something different. Not realising that this wiped all of my lovely comments from previous posts which is really upsetting. Don't worry, I memorised all of your comments....I wish. At least now I know to NEVER change the name again.

Anyways. Really craving this necklace from withasianstereotypes. Definitely check out their blog and shop coz their pieces are amazzzingg, and really well priced...drool.

Also if anyone's interested I'm selling heaps of my clothes on eBay including some Dr Martens and LOADS of vintage stuff of which should go up over the next few weeks. Missing Those Copper Tones

For some reason everything is reminding of me old flaming orange hair. Oh how I miss it! Can't wait for school to finish so I can finally dye it back!

Btw. Sorry for the lack of posts I've been procrastinating study too much by watching tv. No time for internet when Law and Order is constantly on.

P.P.S I got my nose pierced. Woo. Yeah. Uh-Huh. It hurt a lot but totally worth it! And for everyone who wanted to know I got it at Inner Vision at Surry Hills which was really good. The guy is a total badass. I'll upload some rad photos after the weekend of my slowly healing nose.

This is the last photo remnant of my halfy red and blonde hair. I'm now back to boring roots of a brunette and short aswell for my vaseline baby face.

Unforgettable.

Just found THE most amazing shoes of all time. Can't wait for them to come out. Don't care what they cost I NEED them. There's also another pair with fur on the top of which I'm contemplating. After witnessing my mother spend $13,000 on Chanel and Prada in the time space of 3hours, I decided money is simple made for spending. Say goodbye to gap year travelling. . Bom chika wow wow.

Ridiculously Awesome Person of the Week: Carey Mulligan

I finally watched An Education two nights ago, and fell in love with Carey Mulligan, not to mention the amazing soundtrack. Quickly disposing of my early perceptions that Peter Sarsgaard was too creepy and old for this role, I became envious of their mature and cultural (and oh-so alternative) relationship, yet soon returned to my initial perception when he asked to look at her boobs (um pedophilia?). Despite this, Carey Mulligan has now become one of my favourite actresses with her enviously petite body and perfect French pronunciations. Watch out for big things from Mulligan (I really mean keep a close eye...she changes her hair alot!)

1. To-die-for Chloe Patched Jeans. There is no substitute (no matter how hard H&M tries). Also loving the denim on denim (so 90s badass).

2. The girl has a cool outfit, but I am drooling over all those crucifixes (weird word) on the back wall. I need to make a Jesus wall asap.

3. My ideal bedroom. Who doesn't love crisp sheets and raw brick walls?

Igor+Andre

The fantabulous artist Danny Roberts behind the art blog of Igor+Andre has struck me with pure admiration and surprise. It's been a long time since I've found art which I just can't stop staring at. His colourful watercolour drawings throw me into a world of romantic (Romeo and Juliet-like) love, where everyone lives happily-ever-after. From the age of 13, this artistic prodigy started his own clothing company, and has gone onto collaborate with the Harajuku Girls, Forever 21 and Lancome by the age of 24. Take a look, and trust me, you'll never turn back.

Watch This Space.

I've been a big supporter of Triple J Unearthed for a long time now, but I've never seen such determined young hopefuls trying (and succeeding) to break into the music world. Unearthed High Finalists The Living Eyes and The Harry Heart Chrysalis definitely caught my eye (or should I say ear) with their raw and fresh sounds.

The Living Eyes from Victoria pride themselves in playing old school 60s tunes, semi Tame Impala-esque (ie my favourite band). Whereas The Harry Heart Chrysalis is a solo project by 16 year old Harry Ward, more to the sound of Bon Iver (...jizz).

Finally I'm Back! The lovely people at Apple decided to revive my beloved laptop (now named Dolores) into my eager (sweaty) hands after waiting for what feels like forever (a whole 6 days). After having a minor panic attack about my school work, I am finally back on track, getting half of my ancient essay done (hence the nerdy Roman title).

Anyways, can't wait to catch up on everything I've missed (ie. Rumi of fashiontoast's new blog etc.). Starting with these great photos from johnnysbird which I am currently obsessing over. Aren't the two in the first photo the hottest couple ever?

Sharp Edges.

Seeing as my 17th birthday is coming up (only 12 days to go) I've been searching for my perfect present. Not really knowing what I want (except the whole Miu Miu collection) I decided I may aswell set the bar high with these bags 1. Hermes and 2. Chloe...I may aswell work my way down from these crazy price tags.

In other horrific news...my laptop decided to commit suicide last night just before I backed it up...fun fun. So won't be blogging too much this week (I guess that's a good thing seeing I have a shitload of work to get to). So have a fun week and I'll continue searching for pressies.
